The movie had started by the time we got to our seats so that was a negative. This row is not the best experience because it is too close to the screen but I said ok. He was hesitant about a refund and noted that he could reassign my seat to the wheelchair row. I asked if he could at least bring it to the attention of upper management. The manager was flippant about the lack of rails saying there was nothing that he could do about that. Why are there no rails on ALL of the stairs? So I went out to see about a refund since I couldn’t get to my seat. They have a separate set of stairs with rails for the seating that goes all the way up to the top of the theater probably 10-12 rows up but I never go that high. This theater does not have rails on the stairs for those 3-5 rows up. We chose seats 3 rows up from the wheelchair accessible seats which I do all the time at other theaters. First of all, I have a disability but don’t necessarily need the wheelchair accessible seating as I can do stairs with a rail. If I could have rated it lower, I would have.
